Shopify Solutions for existing stores
Shopify development and support for the store you already have.
The store is live, but work keeps getting stuck. Apps conflict. Pages stay unfinished. Releases take too long. Kaku puts the backlog in order, reserves the right design and development capacity, and ships each change. Csaba recommends what comes first and reviews the result.

01 / When this helps
Someone needs to take the work from backlog to release.
A full rebuild is not always the answer. An existing store can need a better order of work, reserved implementation time, and one person who stays responsible for the result.
- 01
A previous agency or freelancer left work unfinished or difficult to continue.
- 02
The theme, apps, catalogue, shipping, or integrations cause recurring problems.
- 03
Product pages, collections, campaigns, or parts of the buying path need steady improvement.
- 04
Your team does not want to coordinate design, development, testing, and release separately.
02 / How the monthly work runs
One backlog. A clear order. Work that reaches release.
This is hands-on store work. It is not Shopify account support or daily store administration.
- 01
We review what exists.
The first cycle covers access, current problems, the theme, apps, risks, and the existing backlog.
- 02
We choose what comes first.
In the monthly call, Csaba recommends what starts now, what can wait, and what needs a separate project.
- 03
We reserve and do the work.
Design, Shopify development, buying-path improvements, and recurring SEO work follow one ordered backlog.
- 04
We test and release it.
Kaku tests and releases the change. Csaba reviews the result. You see each meaningful item when it is ready for review.
03 / What can enter the backlog
The work stays broad enough to solve the real problem.
The exact mix can change from month to month. The priority stays visible, and the people doing the work stay coordinated.
- 01Product pages, collections, cart, and campaign pages
- 02Theme changes and custom Shopify development
- 03App, integration, and automation problems
- 04Catalogue structure, product presentation, and buying-path improvements
- 05Technical and on-page SEO when the need is ongoing
- 06Testing, quality control, and release support
04 / Ways to engage Kaku
The way we work depends on what you need, not on a fixed package.
One-off project
From $8,000For a defined problem with a clear result and completion point. The project can include planning, design or development, testing, and relevant technical SEO foundations.
Monthly relationship
Monthly price discussed privatelyFor work that keeps returning. Kaku reserves the right specialist capacity, follows one backlog, and includes a monthly call with Csaba.
Rebuild or complex work
Quoted after scope reviewFor major redesigns, migrations, large catalogues, integrations, or changes that need their own plan and release sequence.
Most defined Shopify projects take 6 to 10 weeks. Complex work is scheduled after Kaku understands the scope, dependencies, and release risks.

Shopify-reported Hydrogen sales and human-session data, using equal 28-day comparisons. The result belongs to the combined sales plan, merchandising, bundle system, and surrounding store changes, not one interface feature in isolation. Paid media, traffic mix, seasonality, pricing, and assortment may also have contributed.
06 / Before the call
Questions about ongoing Shopify work.
01Can you take over a store you did not build?
Yes. Kaku first reviews access, current problems, technical risks, and the backlog. Csaba then recommends monthly work, a separate project, or another route.
02Do I need to choose a project or monthly work before the call?
No. A result that can be defined, built, and completed is usually a project. A recurring need with enough useful work can suit the monthly relationship. Large changes receive a separate quote.
03Is SEO included?
Projects include technical SEO foundations where relevant. Ongoing technical and on-page SEO can enter the monthly backlog. Kaku does not guarantee rankings.
04Do you guarantee more orders or revenue?
No. Kaku is responsible for the agreed work and delivered functions. Commercial results also depend on the product, offer, price, traffic, stock, and client decisions.
99 / Show Csaba the backlog
Show Csaba what keeps getting stuck.
You do not need a finished brief. Send the store, explain what is not working, what keeps returning, and why it matters now. Csaba will tell you whether the right next step is a project, monthly work, or something else.
